Originally hired as a freelance video editor, I produced both long- and short-form promotional videos for artists' courses and workshops, alongside scripting and editing reels for social media. As the role developed, I was asked to coordinate the academy's social media presence to improve consistency, engagement, and growth based on my previous experience. After shifting into this role and introducing a more structured approach to content and posting, the platform began to see clear improvements in performance. Within a few weeks, total profile views increased from 82K to nearly 200K, with 70%+ of those views coming from organic, non-followers, significantly expanding audience discovery. Since then, we have continued to see upward trends with followers increasing by 8.8% monthly, and a 60% increase in link taps. I then took on the responsibility of operations coordinator, reaching out to artists, managing communications, supporting course and workshop planning, coordinating marketing and campaign production, and collaborating with the CEO to improve website traffic, layout, and sales.
